How can I pay for the conference?

Payment can be made by debit or credit card/bank transfer/mobile money. Payment can be made from October 1 2019.

Can I pay in Kenya Shillings?

Yes. The conference fee can be paid at a standard exchange rate of USD 1=103.8. Payment can also be made through the MPESA platform and details on this will by October 1 2019 

What meals will be served at the conference?

An early morning drink (tea or coffee) will be provided each morning prior to the scheduled start time. There will be morning and afternoon refreshment breaks as well as lunch will be provided for full-day sessions for all fully paid delegates.

What hotel should I stay at during the conference?

The Conference will be held 15 minutes from the Central Business District. A full list of hotel options will be made available by December 1 2019 on this site

I must apply for a visa referral and/or visa to attend a conference, and that requires an invitation to the event. Can you send me an invitation?

The PANAC 2020 planning committee will provide an invitation letter, on request, to accompany your visa application after full payment is received. We recommend that as soon as you register and pay the full registration fee, contact info@krna.org with your request. You will receive a PDF printable file sent via email.

Where can I go on safari while I am in Kenya?

There are a number of tourists attractions in and around Nairobi including the Nairobi Orphanage, Nairobi National Park, David Sheldrick Elephant Trust, Giraffe Center, The Forest, Karen Blixen, Nairobi National Museum, and Karura Forest among others. 

Can I get a refund if I am unable to attend the event?

Please see our terms and conditions to review the refund options available to you. We also accept substitution as long as it is made within the timelines set in the conference T&C.
